Incredible Customer Service! Sometimes you only know how much a Company values customer service until you have a problem.... The sauna that I purchased would shut down before getting fully heated up. Long story short, Phil and Abby made sure their employees came back (over 50 miles away) 5 different times until the problem was resolved. Though it was frustrating for all parties involved, Abby and Phil were consistent in their actions that they were not going to quit until I was satisfied with the product I purchased from them. Midnight Sun Pools n' Spas gets two big thumbs up from me!
